With 54 eliminations needed to burst the money bubble it took only one level to hit the cash.

Incredibly four players busted on the bubble, which meant they all got to split 666th place cash. In addition they will get to play a Sit&Go for a seat into next year's Main Event.

The bubble was but a brief memory to Bowker (2,081,000 chips) and Buchman (2,070,000) who smashed their way to the top of the leaderboard.

Bowker has been on a tear this WSOP with five cashes but he’s already guaranteed to make more money in the Main Event then all the other events combined.

Meanwhile Buchman is no stranger to the pressure of the Main Event. He finished fourth in the 2009 edition to win $2.5 million. He’s looking to top that score with an outright win this year.

They are both chasing overall chip leader Paul Volpe who accumulated 2,750,000 chips on Day 4.

Here’s a look at the complete top 10 chip counts after Day 4:

1. Paul Volpe – 2,750,000 2. Erik Hellman – 2,216,000 3. Dave D’Alesandro – 2,093,000 4. Kyle Bowker – 2,081,000 5. Eric Buchman – 2,070,000 6. Elisabeth Hille – 2,014,000 7. Andras Koroknai – 1,970,000 8. Amit Zulkowitz – 1,961,000 9. Eric Legoff – 1,947,000 10. Leo Wolpert – 1,835,000

Luongo Busts, Pollak Lives Another Day

Kevin Pollak became one of the few celebrity players to reach Day 5 of the Main Event today.

The Usual Suspects actor, who is playing in his first Main Event, finished with over 700,000 chips and will take that stack into battle tomorrow with a goal of climbing even higher up the leaderboard.

NHL goalie Roberto Luongo, who was also playing in his first WSOP Main Event, wasn’t as lucky as Pollak and ended up busting when he ran pocket fours into pocket jacks.

On the bright side Luongo did make it into the money and picked up $19,227. Brother Fabio Luongo made it a bit further than his big brother but ended up busting in 418th place for $28,530.

Some of the other players to make the money but then bust included Jason Mercier, Liv Boeree, Huck Seed, Terrence Chan, Mike "Timex" McDonald, Johnny Chan, Brock Parker, Antonio Esfandiari, Shaun Deeb and Maria Ho.

Here’s a look at some of the notable players still in the tournament:

Vanessa Selbst (1,678,000) Erik Cajelais (1,600,000) Timothy Adams (1,475,000) Joseph Cheong (1,441,000) Gaelle Baumann (1,438,000) David "ODB" Baker (1,381,000) Andrew Lichtenberger (1,150,000) Isaac Baron (1,039,000) Gavin Smith (831,000) JP Kelly (778,000) Jason Somerville (640,000) Matt Marafioti (632,000) Marcel Luske (603,000) Fabrizio Gonazalez (595,000) Amit Makhija (407,000) Sorel Mizzi (400,000) Daniel Negreanu (302,000) John Juanda (195,000)
