Sahamies has had a miserable year and despite picking up some momentum earlier this week went right back to his losing ways last night.

The Helsinki-native recorded 419 hands of $50/$100 and $100/$200 Pot-Limit Omaha against a variety of opponents including Ben86, doncarignano, LuckyGump, EireAbu, L0ve2playU and Ben “milkybarkid” Grundy.

It didn’t really matter who Sahamies played, however, as he recorded losses on nearly every table he played.

After last night Sahamies is down over $500k in 2012 but no longer finds himself the biggest loser of the year as Zypherin holds that dubious honor with $620k in losses.

Other than Sahamies disastrous session it was a slow night for high stakes as doncarignano (+$88k) and LuckyGump (+$66k) were the biggest winners.

Interestingly U.K. star Neil “N Channing” Channing made a rare appearance in the high stakes games and picked up $29k.

Meanwhile the lesser-known Kipu (-$71k), insyder19 (-$47k) and miki696k (-$45k) all joined Sahamies on the losing side.

Ben86, also known as Ben Tollerene, also recorded a sub-par evening as he donated a total of $32k into the high stakes games.

As always be sure to check our online poker stats section for more information.
