The 888 Live Local poker tournament series offers recreational players the chance to escape from their regular lives for a weekend and meet up with like-minded poker fans who also want to feel the thrill of live poker now and again.

The tournament plays out over three days at Malpas Hotel and Casino Resort, starting on August 28 and finishing in the evening of August 30.
There will be two starting days and one day reserved for the finale. The buy-in is $550 and you can register right at the casino.
