Ramos, hot off a deep run in the 2015 WSOP Main Event, joins the team on an official “Friend of PokerStars” basis.
With nearly $1 million in lifetime live tournament earnings Ramos is one of the highest earning Brazilian poker players of all time.
Ramos’ bread and butter, however, is online poker and there’s no telling how much he’s won playing poker on the Internet.

Ramos is also close friends with soccer icon Neymar who actually flew to Las Vegas to sweat him in the Main Event.
Neymar was excited to have Ramos officially join the PokerStars team.
“I’m very happy to see my friend Felipe join the team!” said Neymar.
“We’ve played lots of poker together and I’ve learned a lot from him. Now the world will get to see what I already know – he’s one of the very best.”
Ramos is also known for providing commentary — along with Andre Akkari — on a number of Brazilian poker TV shows.
His first appearance wearing a PokerStars patch will be at the red-hot Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) in São Paulo on July 26.
Ramos will play as "mojave" on PokerStars. To sign up for an account and potentially play against him be sure to check out our PokerStars review.
