In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at some hilarious challenges for Joe Stapleton, a world-famous golfer showing up with Jean-Robert Bellande and Tim Ferriss conducting his own poker experiment.

1) EPT Grand Final Begins, Challenge Stapes

Count Stapes

The EPT Grand Final is underway with the massive €100,000 buy-in beast currently playing out with high rollers Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey, Isaac Haxton and numerous others in the thick of the action.

You can follow along live right here on PokerListings.

That’s hardly the only thing that’s happening in Monaco, however, as the Shark Cage is currently going with an All-Star lineup of Don Cheadle (!), Antonio Esfandiari, John Duthie, Gaëlle Garcia Diaz, Natalie Hof and a qualifier.

That’s all pretty exciting but the real thrill is getting EPT host Joe Stapleton to do ridiculous tasks in Monaco in the newest Challenge Stapes series.

Viewers have the option of forcing Stapleton to get waxed, dress up as a pirate on the beach or attempt to make €50 cleaning car windows at an intersection in Monaco.

That last one sounds great to us but you can vote here.

2) JRB Finds Long-Lost Pro Golfer Anthony Kim

Jean-Robert Bellande isn’t just a broke-living millionaire. He also has the tremendous ability to bring unusual people together.

Bellande’s latest gathering at Omnia Night Club in Las Vegas included Rick Salomon and long-lost superstar golfer Anthony Kim.

Salomon on his own wasn’t particularly unique since he’s known to frequent Vegas but Kim hasn’t been seen in public much since he dropped out of golf in 2012 thanks to an injury.

Golf publications were sent into a tizzy when the three-time PGA winner was spotted with Bellande. You can see the photo from JRB's instagram below.

As an aside: Why does Salomon look so confused?

3) The Tim Ferriss Experiment Takes on Poker

Tim Ferris, famed author of The Four-Hour Workweek, has been described as the human guinea pig and has attempted to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, long-distance swimming, parkour and numerous other challenges on his show The Tim Ferris Experiment (which was recently released on iTunes).

We didn’t know this but he also attempted to play professional poker in one episode.

Having never played a hand of poker, Ferris admitted he was a nervous wreck when he sat down at the poker table.
