The Montreal Poker Festival offers a total of 17 poker tournaments from Sept. 21 to Oct. 3, 2013 at the Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake.
Canadians have been killing it on the international poker tour this year and Full Tilt has taken notice, according to Head of Marketing Sarne Lightman.
"Canada - and specifically Quebec - is a hotbed for poker. The amount of talent coming out of the region is really amazing and the poker community has taken note. They have been dominating events on the European poker circuit in recent years. We're looking forward to bringing a world class event to these world class players to enjoy in their own backyard."
Buy-ins for the preliminary events will range from $60 to $220 while the main event, which starts Sept. 27 and runs for seven days, will cost $1,100.
Online satellites for the Montreal Poker Festival are already running on Full Tilt Poker. Players will also have a shot at qualifying for free as nine seats will be given away every week on the site. View the complete Montreal Poker Festival schedule here.
