Mizrachi, who doesn't make the trip to Europe for EPT events very often, made the most of his appearance by bagging up 175,400 for the biggest Day 1b stack.
In typical Mizrachi fashion, much of it came from a big move in a single level. Getting it all in with aces against kings and tens, Mizrachi held to jump up among the chip leaders and he'd stay there for the rest of the day.
Grafton, Mizzi, Selbst Among the Chasers
With an impressive 565-player turnout, Day 1b was stacked with notables.
Brit Sam Grafton, in the midst of a career year in poker, was one of them and he made the most of his day. Grafton used a runner-runner flush to knock out an opponent in level 4 and kept his momentum through the end of the day to bag up 135,900.

Sorel Mizzi (119,500), Vanessa Selbst (94,800), JC Alvarado (90,400), Kitty Kuo (85,000) and German favorite Tobias Reinkemeier (81,100) also finished Day 1b in good spirits.
The list of recognizable names to survive the day is long and includes Theo Jorgensen, Jake Cody, Mickey Petersen, Benny Spindler, Bryn Kenney and Marvin Rettenmaier.
