Announced yesterday in the Zynga blog by Chief Revenue Officer Barry Cottle, both ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino are now available in download and web versions to players over 18 in the United Kingdom.
Using the bwin.party software platform, ZyngaPlusPoker will offer cash games and tournaments across a variety of stake levels. ZyngaPlusCasino will spread 160 slots games along with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and video poker.
Real-money bonuses and free cash on deposit will also be available.
US Launch Still Regulation Dependant
"Our long term vision," Cottle wrote, "is to offer our players the next generation of real money games on multiple platforms in regulated markets worldwide.
"We take responsible gaming seriously and are proud to partner with bwin.party, an industry leader and a reputable company that is fully licensed by a premier regulatory authority."
Long thought to be the next step in a new "poker boom," poker players worldwide are hoping Zynga can convert its massive social gaming base into new money in the poker pool.
Zynga has applied for a gambling license in Nevada but is waiting for a larger regulated market in the US before diving in to the real-money business.
Players outside of the UK who want to rail the games can download and install the client similar to any other online poker site.
