Deeb, arguably the greatest online grinder of all time, will start the final table in the pole position after a huge 2.4-million pot with Micah Raskin late in the day boosted to the top of the counts.

Getting it in with aces against Raskin's fives on a 7 2 9 8 board, Deeb piled up 2,536,000 to end the day well in front of second-place Vladimir Troyanovsky.

Troyanovsky, who also made the final table of the $100k Super High Roller earlier this week at Atlantis, bagged up 1,625,000.

Following close behind Troyanovsky are a trio of dangerous pros all very capable of taking down the $1.4 million first-place prize.

Mike "SirWatts" Watson, Selbst and German Ole Schemion, all with numerous big wins on their resumes, are stacked between 1.6 and 1.2 million to start the final table.

Should Selbst finish in fifth place or higher she will take over the top spot on poker's all-time female money-winner list from Kathy Liebert.

Bringing up the rear in chips but not in talent are Tobias Renkemeier, Bryn Kenney and Raskin.

The Final Eight and Chip Counts:

1 Shaun Deeb 2,536,000 2 Vladimir Troyanovsky 1,625,000 3 Mike Watson 1,620,000 4 Vanessa Selbst 1,512,000 5 Ole Schemion 1,227,000 6 Tobias Reinkemeier 876,000 7 Bryn Kenney 484,000 8 Micah Raskin 389,000
