Announced via press release today, the three high-stakes icons will form a new team of ambassadors for the site dubbed "The Professionals."
Speaking to PokerListings recently about his regrets in the aftermath of Black Friday, Dwan was slightly cagey about any role he might with the new FTP. Speculation about his sponsorship future was answered by today's announcement.
“I’m very excited that Full Tilt Poker is re-launching," Dwan said. "I think it is great for poker and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
Added Full Tilt Poker’s Head of Marketing Sarne Lightman:
“Tom is one of the most feared and respected players in the world today.
"His exploits at the Full Tilt Poker tables generated a huge following in the poker community and we are thrilled to bring that action back for our players.”

Dwan, Hansen and Blom were central to the highest-stakes action ever seen online and the buzz created by their massive games hasn't been seen since.
Lightman says that was critical in their selection of the new ambassadors:
“The game of poker is always evolving,” said Lightman. ”Through our continual innovations, Full Tilt Poker is proud to have been at the forefront of that evolution.
"In choosing our Pros we approached the three poker players whose unique and innovative styles have had the most impact on how modern poker is played.”
The soft-spoken Blom, never much for words, added the software and his past success on Full Tilt helped make his decision easy.
“I always loved playing on the Full Tilt Poker software," Blom said.
"It is where I made my name and enjoyed some of my greatest victories. When they approached me about joining the team I knew this was the right fit for me.”
The new Full Tilt Poker will launch November 6 with full account balances and previous rewards available for the rest of the world immediately.
Only play-money games will be available for US players until proper legislation in the United States is passed. Account balances may be claimed through an as-yet undetermined remission process through the US Department of Justice.
