The ninth season of the European Poker Tour begins with a massive event in Barcelona later this month, the WSOPE kicks off in France in late September and the WPT continues to add a surprising number of international events.
Bottom line: there are millions of dollars up for grabs for hungry poker players.
Not everyone heads to Europe, however, and plenty of poker players have been on vacation or business trips over the last couple weeks to China, Japan or even Canada. Heck, if you're David Williams you go to Magic: The Gathering conventions.
