Hastings, who is currently residing in Vancouver, Canada, so that he can play online poker, burned through 3,844 hands record a chart-topping $379k in profit on PokerStars.
The American has not been particularly active this year but rejoined the action in April and has been lights out ever since. He’s currently up over $800k on PokerStars this year.
Hastings was hardly the only player to win big this week as Chris “Genius28” Lee and patpatman recorded substantial victories while Viktor “Isildur1” Blom continued to stumble.

Brian Hastings stole most of the headlines this week but Chris “Genius28” Lee continues to crush some of the biggest games on PokerStars.
The recent SCOOP winner picked up another $241k this week and has steadily built up a profit of just over $500k in 2012.
Meanwhile Terje “Terken” Augdal continued his strong 2012 with $147k in profit this week. That puts him at just under $700k this year.
The still unidentified patpatman was the second biggest winner this week with $257k in profit. Towards the end of the week patpatman took on Dan “w00ki3z” Cates in $200/$400 No-Limit Hold’em and ended up thrashing him for nearly $100k.
Other notable winners this week included verve.oasis, Takechip and EireAbu.

Top 10 Online Losers This Week
For yet another week Viktor “Isildur1” Blom is a member of the top 10 biggest losers on PokerStars.
Despite an incredible year in tournaments with a PCA Super High Roller victory and two SCOOP titles, Isildur1 has had a disastrous run online.
This week Isildur1 lost a relatively small $120k but he’s now down an astounding $1.1 million on PokerStars this year.
Only Zypherin (-$1.8 million) has lost more than Isildur1 this year.
Interestingly the incredibly swingy !P0krpartyi was active this week but couldn’t get much going and ended up dropping $198k.
Phisherman36, who was one of the biggest winners last week, took a turn for the worse this week and dropped $167k.
Finally consistent grinder doncraignano had some major issues this week and lost a site-worst $208k.
