Any suggestions for a future 3-Bet, feel free to drop a note in the comments.
Today in the 3-Bet we find Terrence Chan pumped about his Legend Fighting Championship debut, Tiffany Michelle getting the boot from Worst Cooks in America and bwin.Party getting in the speed poker game.
1) Terrence Chan Set for Professional MMA Debut
Poker's undisputed king of Mixed Martial Arts, Terrence Chan (apologies to ElkY/RasZi), is about to take his fight game to another level with his pro debut on the Legend Fighting Championship 8 undercard about 15 hours from now.
Known in poker for his high-stakes hold'em prowess and WCOOP and SCOOP titles, Chan has turned his attention to MMA pretty heavily in the last few years and the work is clearly paying off.
He's in for his toughest challenge yet, though, with a taller, experienced opponent waiting for him. Chan explains in his latest blog post where his mind's at.
I'm sort of at a loss as to what to write. I feel like I should have a lot of thoughts since this is the night before the biggest night of my life, but my mind is pretty blank.
A few days ago I could have told you about all the thoughts and emotions racing through my head, but now there are none. Anything I could write is just a cheesy cliché that you've heard many times before if you've watched any amount of fighting at all.
I feel like normally I'm pretty good with words, but this time there really isn't much to say. I know what I have to do.
I'm going to get in a fight. And I hope you enjoy it.

2) bwin.Party Developing Own Speed Poker Format
Not to give too much praise to the duplicitous artise formerly known as Full Tilt Poker, but even the most jaded poker fan has to admit Rush Poker was a real game-changer.
Launched in January 2010 to great fanfare, the high-action, insta-fold-new-hand format (and high-volume rake machine) was truly revolutionary at the time.
Dubbed "poker on crack" with three times the average amount of hands per hour, it was perhaps the most addicting and loved thing Full Tilt ever did. And it could even be the main incentive the Bernard Tapie Group has for bringing the site back to life.
If it does come back, however, it's going to have some competition this time.
PokerStars recently launched its ZOOM Poker format earlier this month and it has, unsurprisingly, taken off like a rocket.
Now eGamingReview says that the next largest competitor in the industry, bwin.Party, has its own speed-poker product in development.
No name for the product was given, but given that, its iPhone/iPad apps and a new social gaming division also in development, bwin.Party CEO Jim Ryan has clearly thrown the gauntlet down in the race to gain new players in the current FTP vacuum.
More (behind a paywall, unfortunately) here.
3) Tiffany Michelle Butchers Salmon, Dumped from Worst Cooks
A few dozen poker players have finished 17th in the WSOP Main Event before (hello Gary Jones) but few have parlayed that finish into as many media moments as Tiffany Michelle has.
The last woman standing at the 2008 Main Event, Michelle has slingshot her deep run into several TV appearances over the last few years including a spot on the Amazing Race with friend Maria Ho.
Her latest foray into reality TV however - on The Food Network's Worst Cooks in America - has come to an end this week with her elimination on the sixth episode.
Michelle met her end from Chef Bobby Flay when her "hacked-up salmon does not score points" and he "doesn't love her weird pairing of mozzarella cheese with salmon on a sandwich."
"My biggest regret is not winning," Michelle told the Food Network.
Before you start feeling too bad for her though, let's remember this moment from the 2008 WSOP:
