Coming off a $522k-winning Sunday, Blom played another 889 hands of $100/$200 Pot-Limit Omaha.
The majority of Blom’s profit came from a 6-Max table that included Alexey “LuckyGump” Makarov, Terken89, Ronny “1-ronnyr3” Kaiser, ChaoRen160 and takechip.
Isildur1 actually started his day with a heads-up session against nemesis Sander “Berndsen12” Berndsen.
In the past Berndsen had essentially owned the young Swede in their heads-up sessions but this time it was Blom who walked away with a $29k profit in a brief 42-hand session.
Isildur1 has been unstoppable over the last few days and is now up over $750,000 on PokerStars since Saturday.
Blom now finds himself up $333k in 2012 and would be up close to a million if it weren’t for $600k downswing earlier this year.
RaiseOnce Climbs Profit Charts, Sahamies Continues to Struggle
Second in profit last night was none other than RaiseOnce, the account that allegedly belongs to Phil Ivey.
RaiseOnce picked up $244k and was one of the few players to escape a session against Isildur1 relatively unscathed.
RaiseOnce is now up $182k in 2012, which is impressive considering he was down $542,000 earlier this month.
Some of the other big winners last night included LuckyGump (+$149k), Ben “milkybarkid” Grundy (+$72k) and donthnrmepls (+$67k).
Meanwhile Ilari “Ilari FIN” Sahamies continues to have trouble finding the form that saw him win nearly $2 million last year.
Sahamies lost $245k last night and is now down nearly $800k in 2012. Fortunately for Sahamies he is one of the few players who has the ability to turn it around as we saw last year when he was down nearly $1 million in mid-summer but then finished the year with $1.8 million in profit.
Rafi Amit booked a rare losing session last night when he dropped $76k while Jens Kyllonen continued to bleed chips, losing $54k.
Johnthefast (-$146k) and ChaoRen160 (-$118k) rounded out the top five losers.
