Any suggestions for a future 3-Bet, feel free to drop a note in the comments.

Today in the 3-Bet we find Phil Hellmuth finally getting his due as a humble bragger, an Epic list of EPL creditors and Liv Boeree getting tilted on the way to Bay 101 in San Jose.

1) Phil Hellmuth Earns Due for Quintessential Humble Brag

Phil Hellmuth
Blessed are his fans.

We’ve championed Phil Hellmuth’s propensity for the perfect humble brag before so we’re thrilled he’s finally got his @Humblebrag due from Parks & Recreation/Eastbound and Down writer Harris Wittels.

Fans of Wittels are likely familiar with his popular side project the @humblebrag Twitter account and his monthly report on Grantland.

If you’re not, in essence a true "Humblebrag" is a specific type of brag which masks the brag in fake humility.

In other words, how Phil Hellmuth gets through most of his day.

Thanks to a perfect storm of muted braggodocio, Hellmuth has now got his due in the latest monthly report thanks to this Feb 25 tweet:

I don't feel special, except I'm good at poker. What a blessing then, that I can make people so happy by simply taking a picture w them!

What a blessing indeed.

Coming in at #7, we still think Hellmuth's underrated here but it's still some sweet recognition.

2) Epic Poker League Has Epic List of 100+ Creditors

Ever wonder what a creditors list looks like when a business files a Chapter 11 bankruptcy?

We don’t either really, but it turns out it’s kind of surprising to see how many pieces the massive debt is crumbled into.

We won’t get in to the politics of the Epic failure again, but it's telling to see exactly who Epic owes money to as per its bankruptcy filing in Maryland court.

Leading the list are the big ones - potential buyer Pinnacle Entertainment (owed $2m) and All In Production (owners of the Heartland Poker Tour, owed $1.97m for the remainder of its acquisition) - but there’s a long list of individuals who have now ended up footing the bill for Epic's faltering.

Sample list below (including, interestingly, Annie LaBarr Duke herself):

Annie Duke
D (for debt) Listed.

24 Seven Productions 441 Productions, Inc. A Casino Products/CGS, Inc. AFLAC All Access Staging Productions All In Production, LLP All In Productions/HPT American Office Anne L. Duke Aqua Water Store Arizona Poker News, LLC BEV Corporation Blue Haze, Inc. Blue Line Studios BlueHaze Inc. Branch of Reorganization Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP

3) Boeree Turns a Few Knobs in Bay 101 Private Jet

The WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star event is well known for treating its players right, and one of those perks is the private jet some players get to take to San Jose.

Liv Boeree was one of the lucky ones (along with Jonathan Duhamel and Matt Affleck), and even luckier she got to take a turn at the co-pilot controls for a few tilts at 10,000 feet.

We're all for letting someone hold the wheel while we find our Steve Miller cassette, and she does have an astro-physics degree, but they're amazingly casual with clicking buttons it seems.
