Micon, one of the founders of the SealsWithClubs poker site, was charged with operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system by the state of Nevada.
He was facing up to 10 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

As part of the deal Micon will instead complete a yet to be determined period of probation and be fined $25,000.
If Micon makes good on both counts his case will be downgraded to a gross misdemeanor.
Also as part of the deal Micon would give up several computers, $900 in cash and 3.09 in bitcoin (roughly $750 in USD at the time this article was published) that were taken when authorities raided his Las Vegas home in February.
Micon has been living in Antigua since the raid but returned to Las Vegas after he was charged.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Micon will be briefly booked in Clark County Detention Center later today but will be released almost immediately.
Micon is due back in court next week.
