The Everest Poker ambassador Tweeted a photo of the wrecked car on Saturday saying that he was “gutted.”
It’s unclear if the car is salvageable -- the front end is crushed -- but considering Trickett has over $20 million in lifetime live tournament earnings he’s definitely got a shot at repairing it.
Trickett purchased the 458 in 2012 calling it, “The worst financial decision of my life… But I can’t stop smiling.”

Nooooooooooo! Gutted! #IamOktho pic.twitter.com/VTmirpQKXe

Daniel Negreanu was one of the first poker pros to chime in on the accident with a timely chirp for Trickett:
@Samtrickett1 how are you running? Looks like me slow rolling you is the least of your worries these days! :-)
