You can even make suggestions for future 3-Bet pieces in the comments section below the article.

In today’s WSOP APAC 3-Bet we’ll take a look at Australia going 3-4 in bracelets, Brandon Shack-Harris striking back and a great audio clip from Billy the Croc about Johnny Moss.

1) Scott Calcagno Picks Up Third Bracelet for Australia at WSOP APAC

Only one Australian won a bracelet at the inaugural WSOP Asia-Pacific but the home team has come out flying this time around.

Adelaide’s Scott Calcagno outlasted a field of 250 players, including a three-hour heads-up match against Nelson Maccini, to win Event 4 $1,650 Terminator for $61,250 and his first WSOP bracelet.

At this rate it’s getting hard to keep track of all the Australian bracelet winners with Luke Brabin and Jeff Lisandro also snatching bracelets.

Malaysia’s Jay Loo is the only player who’s broken the Australia’s dominance in this year’s series.

There’s a decent chance a foreigner wins tomorrow, however, as Jonathan Duhamel, Mike Watson and Ismael Bojang are all in the final six of Event 5: $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha.

2) Brandon Shack-Harris Re-Takes POY Lead

We’ve got one hell of a battle on our hands in Australia as Brandon Shack-Harris finished in sixth place in Event 4 today to pick up enough points to overtake George Danzer by 44.4 points.

Danzer actually snuck into the lead briefly thanks to a 22nd-place finish in Event 1. That only lasted two days, however, as Shack-Harris’ final table was more than enough to elevate him past Danzer.

Of course both Danzer and Shack-Harris registered in Event 6 $1,650 Dealer’s Choice, so they are once again involved in a pivotal last longer.

It all means that we’re once again looking at a scenario where the POY could be decided by the very last event on the 2014 WSOP schedule.

Who’s going to blink first? You’ll have to wait and see.

3) Billy the Croc: “That’s Crocodile Dundee!”

Ever wonder how Billy “The Croc” Argyros got his nickname?

Well thanks to an interview by our very own Josh Bell yesterday we got the whole story, which also includes a wild trip to Las Vegas and a heads-up battle against Johnny Moss.

Check out a short audio clip of The Croc talking about his nickname below:
