In the €5,300 Main Event, which fielded an astounding 1,496 entries, German Hossein Ensan will take the chip lead into the final table.
He'll stack up 10,300,000 chips when things start up tomorrow giving him the edge in the race to the €1,261,000 first-place prize.
He's followed closely by Sam Phillips, an American online pro currently lviing in Mexico, who has 9,035,000.
Not much name power is left to be found in the final eight save for Italian Andrea Dato who snuck into the final table as the short stack with 2,825,000.

Barer Leads Chidwick, Mercier to Final 21 of 10k
Over in the other record-smashing event winding down at Casino Barcelona, Canadian Ami Barer bagged the chip lead with 21 players left.
A stunning 393 entries were registered in the €10k High Roller making it tough to trim the field in just two days of play.
Barer, winner of the Aussie Millions main event this past January, stormed past an elite field to grab the pole position for tomorrow's lengthy playdown.
With 1,953,000 chips Barer lies just ahead of Ismail Erkenov (1,920,000) in second and Dimitri Yurasov (1,900,000) in third. Also sitting in the Top 10 when play resumes are Brit Stephen Chidwick (1,491,000) and American pro Jason Mercier (888,000).
