Harder, who's been near the top of the counts for most of the tournament, had his most impressive day at the felt on Day 4 today adding over a million chips to his stack without any huge showdowns.
The online icon with a combined $4 million+ in live and online earnings will sit back down with 1,437,000 chips for Day 5 tomorrow.
With 120 big blinds to play with, he's a virtual lock to make the final six.
Day 4 play today saw the field shrink from 27 down to eight but still come up short of naming the final six who will make the televised final table on Tuesday.
The chip leader heading into the day, WPT Season 9 Player of the Year Andy Frankenberger, also survived but will return with just 486,600 in chips - close to 200,000 less than what he started the day with.
Frankenberger now sits in sixth and at risk of missing the final table.
Returning tomorrow second in the chip counts is New York-native Daniel Santoro, who bagged up 1,249,000 to end the night. Third-place in the counts belongs to Steven Brackesy at 984,000.
Also in good position for a spot in the final six are tournament regulars Chris Klodnicki and Jonathan Little, who sit fourth and fifth respectively.
Klodnicki bagged 534,000 and Little - who already has eight top-10 WPT finishes in his career - has 504,000.
Rounding out the final eight players but needing to make a move quickly tomorrow are short stacks Bob Carbone (263k) and Eli Berg (227k).
Notable names busting out today included Hoyt Corkins (10th - $34,676), Matt Glantz (12th - $34,676), Matt Stout (14th - $27,563), Bernard Lee (16th - $23,117), Lee Markholt (17th -$23,117), Allen Kessler (25th - $19,916) and Dan Colpoys ($19,916).
Play resumes tomorrow at noon at Foxwoods and will go just until two players are eliminated and the final six is named.
