
Jorryt van Hoof is one of the most experienced players at the 2014 WSOP Main Event final table with over $350,000 in lifetime live tournament earnings.
van Hoof has had a prolific career in the poker industry and is the owner of nederpoker.com, which offers instructional videos and poker news in the Netherlands. van Hoof was also a former Full Tilt Poker red pro.
The Dutch pro is originally from Eindhoven but spent time living in Malta.
van Hoof is the second player from the Netherlands to make the November Nine. Last year Michiel Brummelhuis become the first player from Holland to ever make the final table in the Main Event.
Primarily an online cash game player van Hoof’s biggest cash prior to this year was a 7th place finish in a €5k No-Limit Hold’em event in the 2006 Master Classics of Poker in Amsterdam for $67k.
The Dutchman has four cashes at the WSOP but has never made it better than 30th place.
van Hoof will more than double his entire lifetime earnings no matter where he finishes in the 2014 WSOP Main Event final table.
