Today in the 3-Bet we find Daniel Negreanu hitching his WSOP bracelet-bet wagon to the great Phil Ivey, Luke "Full_Flush" Schwartz resurfaces in vintage SCOOP form and Jean-Robert Bellande explains how he managed to scrape up that $1m One Drop buy-in.
1) Negreanu/Ivey vs. the Field
Betting against any one player to win a bracelet in any one WSOP is, usually, one of the safest bets you can make.
Odds are, really, pretty astronomical any player, no matter how great or confident, can guarantee a win over the course of a single WSOP summer. Just ask, oh, Jason Mercier or Tom Dwan how much it cost them to feel otherwise.
This one though ... this one gives us a bit of pause. We'd feel pretty confident dropping $5k on it at first. But it's Phil f'ing Ivey and Daniel Negreanu ...

2) Luke Schwartz Locks Down 2nd Career SCOOP Title
Truth be told, we love us some Luke "Full_Flush1" Schwartz. Sure, he can get under even the most placid poker player's skin with his cocky attitude and borderline-unbearable banter at the table.
Still, there's a reason he once believed he was going to "send durrrr broke" back in the day. He's a really good poker player. Really good.
He proved it once again last night as he rambled all the way to his second career SCOOP title, taking down Event #29, $2k Fixed-Limit Hold'em Six-Max, over a final table that included online killers Mike "SirWatts" Watson and Paul "paulgees81" Volpe.
Schwartz's take after an ICM deal with runner-up Alex987 was only about $60k, but please for the love of pete let him roll that over to a deep run at this summer's $50k Players Championship.

3) No More "Broke-Living" for JRB, Has < 30% of One Drop Action
As you can likely tell by now we still can't get over the fact Jean-Robert "@BrokeLivingJRB" Bellande bought into this summer's $1m Big One for One Drop.
Really. In bricks of cash, no less.
Like everyone else we were curious how he made it happen but the mystery cleared up a bit today with a new JRB interview in Bluff Europe magazine.
According to JRB he really did crush that Dan Bilzerian home game a few weeks back - although not quite as much as Bilzerian led on. He also still has less than 30% of his own action (his backers remain unnamed), but for once in his life he really feels like he's turned the broke-living corner.
And if he wins $20m+? It's going right back into the poker economy, he says:
"I assure you, if I did win then that money would be going straight back in action.
"That money’s not going to Australia or anywhere else, it’s going to be right here in the community, ready for action."
