This time around there will be 75 micro or low-stakes events in 15 days with new multi-day tournaments, flip out tournaments and unique FTP variants like Irish or 5-Card Omaha.
Multi-day events are big than ever in the latest edition of MTOPS with Event 1, Event 37 and the Main Event all having nine starting days to fatten up the prizepool.
MTOPS officially starts on May 25 and runs until June 8 but the series technically started last weekend with the first of nine Day 1s for Event 1.
$15 Buy-in MTOPS Main Event to Carry $400k GTD
The $15 buy-in MTOPS Main Event will begin June 1 and run all the way until June 8 with a massive $400,000-GTD prize pool up for grabs.
Once again MTOPS will have an extensive leaderboard with the Multi-Entry Challenge.
Players pick up points based on the number of times they enter and subsequently cash in a tournament.
For instance any player who enters a tournament six times and cash all six times will pick up 20 leaderboard points.
The first-place winner receives tournaments tickets worth over $1,500 including an FTOPS Main Event buy-in and entry to every MiniFTOPS event.
Second and third places receive ticket packages to MiniFTOPS worth $1,000.
