A fixture on the poker scene over the last few years with an ever-improving game Tilly bagged up an impressive 639,500 chips to end the night in third place overall.

Jesse Yaginuma is the overnight chip leader with 804,000. Glenn Lafaye sits second with 760,000.

Despite the big stack Tilly still has a long haul to the prestigious final six and a shot at the $1m first prize with dozens of tough pros in the way.

Directly behind Tilly in the chip counts is veteran pro Bryn Kenney (602,000), a looming threat with chips deep in any tournament.

Online poker's $10m man Chris Moorman also has a fair-sized stack at 359,000 as he hunts his first major live title.
