Duhamel’s victory came in the $5,000 No-Limit Holdem 8-max event two days ago while Cada notched a win in the $2,000 No-Limit event last night.

Both players pocketed six-figure prizes.

Duhamel Dominates $5k

2010 World Champion of Poker Jon Duhamel has had a tumultuous few weeks. Starting with the shocking home invasion and robbery he endured and continuing with a very lucrative week in the Bahamas at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.

Most recently he beat out a field of 158 in the $5k side event to pocket $239,830,  just a few days after he finished fourth in the $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller event for $313,600.

Duhamel faced a very talented final table on his way to victory including decorated tournament all-star Jason Mercier, current world champion of poker Pius Heinz, WSOP bracelet winner and respected online pro Kevin Stammen, rising Canadian star Owen Crowe and UK pro Laurence Houghton.

Duhamel defeated Canadian Edward Kim heads-up who received $134,100 for second.

Also cashing in this event in 14th and 15th, respectively, were American professionals Tom Marchese and Jason Koon.
