Today in the 3-Bet we find Phil Hellmuth left hanging on Twitter by LA Clipper Chris Paul, revisit some classic bad beats and Hellmuthian rage and make ourselves feel better about our own poker games.

1) CP3 Leaves Hellmuth Hanging

We truly do love Phil Hellmuth and his amazing mash-up of humility, White Magic and schizophrenic egoism but we really can't tell just how much of what he does/thinks is straight leveling or not anymore.

Courtside at the Golden State Warriors-Los Angeles Clippers game last night (courtesy of pal and GSW owner Joe Lacob) Phil shared what he told injured Clipper point guard Chris Paul:

Told @CP3 that I'm proud of him for being President of Players Association AND a great baller. Also, CP3 has some poker skillz!

Did he really tell basketball's best point guard he was "proud" of him? Does Chris Paul have any idea who the guy in the awkward length leather coat is? Did he really make a gangsta plural with a "z?"

We just don't know, and truth be told we don't really want to. It's just too much fun to watch. Needless to say, Paul has not tweeted back.

2) This is Hellmuth

In case Phil needs some reminding, this is his peer group. Not the greatest athletes in the world - no matter how close you sit to the court. Also, the cuts of Lon's "ohhhhhhhs" are great in this one.

3) COMO!!?? Alfredo AYYYY!!!!!

As you get ready for your home games later tonight here's an enjoyable reminder that there's always someone more confused than you out there willing to give you their money. Just watch out for three parsleys on the flop.
