Sen. Ray Lesniak will introduce a bill on Thurday that would allow licensed operators in New Jersey to offer wagers to any countries where online gambling is permitted, according to a story with eGamingReview.

Lesniak’s bill would make the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) comparable to regulatory sites such as the Isle of Man or Malta.

It would also allow New Jersey-based sites to allow foreign players onboard and expand their traffic.

The bill would not, however, allow players from other states in the USA to join in on the action although there has been some talk of sharing liquidity between Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey which all allow online poker.
