A total of 375 players paid the €10,450 buy-in to build a €3,600,000 prizepool with €1,000,000 dedicated to first place.

While attendance is down from last year in Cannes (which drew 420 players), the WSOPE ME remains one of the most elite tournaments of the year with huge names Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu and Phil Ivey taking part.

Negreanu Looks to Cash in All Three Main Events

Hellmuth is the reigning WSOPE champion while Negreanu is looking to become the only player to cash in all three WSOP Main Events this year (Negreanu won the WSOP APAC Main Event and cashed in the Main Event in Las Vegas).
