Claims administrator GCG will send out emails Monday and Tuesday but anyone can file a claim starting Wednesday.

Players will then have until Nov. 16, 2013 to make a claim. No timeline was given for when players would actually receive their money although it will be at some point after Nov. 16.

GCG also published an FAQ on the fulltiltpokerclaims.com website with a variety of information on the remission process.

Here are some of the cliff notes:

Claims can be disputed if you have documentation Either a Social Security Number or Tax Payer Identification number will be needed Funds will be paid automatically to a bank account of player’s choice The final payout is based on a player’s balance as of April 15, 2011

U.S. Full Tilt poker players have been waiting for well over two years to gain access to the account balances trapped on the site since online poker’s Black Friday.

PokerStars made a deal with the U.S. government to forfeit $547 million to gain Full Tilt Poker’s assets in 2012, thus creating an FTP fund to play back players.

GCG said that if the total claims amount exceeds the FTP fund, payments will be made to eligible petitioners on a pro rata basis.
