Today in the 3-Bet we find Howard Lederer et al. supposedly shut out from the Full Tilt repayments, Brian Rast set free at Burning Man and 2013 November Niner Marc McLaughlin going green for the Main Event final table.

1) Full Tilt Pros Excluded from Remission Process?

Got his cut already.

 

Monday, September 16 is a huge day for American Full Tilt Poker players who had funds seized on Black Friday.

According to the last release from the Garden City Group, the claims administrator, that's the date emails will be sent to eligible players outlining the steps to take to get their funds back.

Speculation over the details/specifics/exclusions has obv. been high but a leaked email from the GCG, posted by PPA rep Rich "TheEngineer" Muny on 2+2, suggests at least a few groups will be out of luck. The email itself began with:

"The following persons are excluded from the Remission process and are not eligible for payment from the Full Tilt Poker ("FTP") Fund:

i. A past or present employee of FTP or any of its past or present affiliates;

ii. A past or present vendor of FTP that received compensation through FTP players' accounts;

iii. A past or present Team Full Tilt player; ..."

Said Muny: "I received this from someone who received this from Garden City Group. I phoned GCG and they neither confirmed nor denied it."

While nothing is confirmed it does make it sound like Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey and others won't see a penny from their accounts. Seems about right, doesn't it?
