Got a tip for a future 3-Bet? Drop a link in the comments and we'll take a look.

Today in the 3-Bet we find Dan "Jungleman12" Cates owning the Party Poker Big Game at WPT Cyprus, Peter Eastgate and Ivan Demidov's chip bags from the 2008 WSOP Main Event up for sale in a peculiar eBay auction and the release of the official WSOPE Players Guide.

1) Cates, Trickett, Rettenmaier, Mizrachi on Big Game

Jungleman: Funnier than you might think.

On a slow summer day lacking a bit of punch on the poker news front, the Party Poker Big Game live stream has been a real lifesaver.

It's been really, really fun to watch. And we can't say that about all the $25/$50 cash games we've seen.

Big Roger Hairabedian has been splashing around. A couple of unknowns in Dmitry Blinov and Robert Peltekci mixed it up plenty.

Sam Trickett, Dominik Nitsche and Dan "Jungleman" Cates have all proved they are where they are in poker for a reason. And watching The Grinder drop $15k is always entertaining.

Also: who knew former November Niner Kelly Kim was such a great commentator?

For our money the best/most entertaining player at the table has been Jungleman and he was our vote to keep in the game (every couple hours the player with the fewest votes gets the boot).

Watch it streaming live on the Party Poker Facebook page here; listen to this track to enhance the vibe anytime Cates is in a pot.

2) Eastgate, Demidov Chip Bags Going for $15,000

Bag sale as awkward as this Demidov pose.

This story's been kicking around for a few days now but we kind of avoided it because, well, it's a little odd.

A poker player by the name of Scott Neuman is trying to turn a couple of ripped ziplocs - albeit the ones used to hold the chips of Peter Eastgate and Ivan Demidov at the 2008 WSOP Main Event final table - into $15,000 to play next year's World Series.

Why the price is so high is that it's basically a thin guise for Neuman to get a stake for the WSOP as he's offering a "bonus gift" along with the bags. According to him:

"There is a bonus gift here. If you buy the bags, and I go and play any of the coming events from this money and cash in the event. I'll give you a bonus that is completely up to me."

A weird work around for sure. And the rest of the listing is, err, unusual to say the least.

Neuman's first auction for the bags went by without a sale (a couple of smaller offers were apparently declined) but he's relisted them again.

3) Official WSOPE Players Guide Released

Excited about the upcoming World Series of Poker Europe?

So are we.

Following up our first go at WSOP APAC this Spring, PokerListings is the offical live reporting partner for this year's WSOPE and we couldn't be more pumped about it.

Having never seen the new venue at Enghien Les Bains in person we were curious what we'd be in for but the official players guide released today answered a lot of those questions.

In short: it looks pretty sweet. Especially the proximity to the thermal baths. We're suckers for thermal baths.

Adding a Ladies Event to this year's schedule, especially given UKIP Treasurer Simon Wheeler's embarassing comments regaridng women in poker, is also a fortuitous way to showcase the game on a larger stage.
