The 2014 Aussie Millions will take place Jan. 23 to Feb. 10, 2014 at the Crown in Melbourne with a series of 19 different events.
The flagship event, the AUD$10,600 main event, will begin on Feb. 2 and end on Feb. 9. Interestingly the main event won’t be the last event of the Aussie Millions as the two-day $250,000 Challenge will end on Feb. 10.
Some of the other highlight events on this year’s schedule include the return of the Accumulator (which was also featured at WSOP APAC), Shot Clock No-Limit Hold’em and a Terminator event.
There will also be $25,000 and $100,000 high-roller events as well as plethora of low buy-in events in the $1,000 range.
Last year Malaysian Mervin Chan outlasted a field of 629 players and upset a tough final table that included Patrik Antonius and Dan Shak to claim the first place prize of $1.6 million in the Aussie Millions Main Event.
