Running from Dec. 5 to Dec. 22, 2013, the Prague Poker Festival will offer a number of events including the big €3,300 buy-in bwin WPT Prague Main Event on Dec. 15.
Some of the other highlight events include the ECOAP Amateur Poker Championship, 888 MVP Prague, the €1,100 buy-in Grand and the World Sit & Go Masters.
The four-star Andel’s Hotel and Suites will provide official accommodations for the event and players can book rooms for €99 a night.
This year marks the third time the Prague Poker Festival has been held.
Last year Marcin Wydrowski outlasted 567 players to win WPT Prague for €318,295. Noted pro Bodo Sbrzesny finished third.
Jason Mercier, Kevin MacPhee, Elisabeth Hille and Elio Fox were also among the notable players who cashed in the contest last year.
One of the most picturesque stops in all of poker, Prague is renowned for its old-world beauty, excellent beer, museums and galleries.
