Day 2 wrapped at the Palms in Las Vegas earlier this evening with Schwartz bagging up 352,200 for the outright lead and Jaka close behind at 341,100
Schwartz, known online as fourUhaters, has over $2.5 million in career earnings and a recent fourth-place finish in the WSOPE €10k Mixed Event he's looking to add to.
Jaka, known as The-Toilet online, has over $4.4 million in combined live and online earnings.
As with every Epic Poker League event, the line of players behind the leaders is as tough as they come.
Right behind Schwartz and Jaka in the chip counts are David Williams (336,800), Michael Mizrachi (310,300) and Vanessa Rousso (290,400).
Virtually every name still in the tournament is also a notable one including Jason Mercier (226,600), Scott Clements (214,400), Andrew Lichtenberger (172,600), Yevgeniy Timoshenko (156,700) and Justin “BoostedJ” Smith (146,400).
Likewise virtually every bustout on Day 2 saw a notable pro hit the rail including Eugene Katchalov (26th), McLean Karr (27th), Vanessa Selbst (28th), Erik Seidel (32nd), Daniel Alaei (40th), Phil Laak (44th), Isaac Haxton (45th), Ben Lamb (47th) and Huck Seed (48th).
Remaining players will be back at noon tomorrow and they’ll play six-handed until the money is reached at 12 players.
Minimum payout is $51,920 with the top prize $797,680.
