Negreanu, who struggled with the air conditioning more than the action at the table today in Melbourne, is the official chip leader with a stack of 136,050.

Right on Negreanu heels? Nine-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Ivey, whokept his momentum from his Event 3 win and bagged up 123,300 to end the night - good for sixth overall.

Sandwiched right in between the two superstars is hometown hope Joel Feldman (132,875), Ben “NeverScaredB” Wilinofsky (127,875), Tobin Ryall (127,250) and Victor Teng (124,825).

Much More than Negreanu/Ivey Show

While the two mega stars rightly got much of the attention, with 390 total runners there’s plenty of big-time pros who also made a move.

Benny Spindler (119,050), David Vamplew (112,475), Event 3 runner-up Brandon Wong (110,075), Mike “SirWatts” Watson (108,525) and Sam Trickett (91,350) all piled up substantial stacks to take to Day 2.
