In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at Patrik Antonius’ amazing run on Full Tilt, Daniel Negreanu’s WSOP schedule and Billy Baxter making $400k off Tiger Woods’ comeback.

1) Patrik Antonius Wins a Cool Million on FTP

FinddaGrind was up to his old tricks on Full Tilt Poker last week.

Patrik Antonius pulled in $1.1 million on his resurrected FTP account over the last seven days, according to highstakesdb.com.

Antonius simply crushed the FLO8 games that were running on FTP and beat online players samrostan, PostFlopAction and KPR16 out of hundreds of thousands.

The Finn must be as happy as anyone that Full Tilt Poker has returned.

Antonius didn’t exactly light the online world on fire while playing on his PokerStars account (Fake Love888) and is currently down $1.6 million on that account.

Just how good is Antonius online?

He’s currently ranked second all-time with $16 million in profit. Only Phil Ivey is higher with $17 million.

Ivey has been dropping quite a bit of money on his Polarizing account lately so it may only be a matter of time before Antonius passes him.

2) Negreanu Releases WSOP Schedule, Skipping Small Events

It’s once again that time of year where every poker player starts to think about the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.

Daniel Negreanu released his WSOP schedule on Full Contact Poker this weekend and it appears Kid Poker will play 19 events this year.

It’s the lowest number of events Negreanu has played in several years and he’s also not playing any events where the buy-in is less than $2,500.

Small stakes poker fans will no doubt be disappointed by Negreanu’s absence but the Canadian explained he’s trying to avoid getting burnt out this year.

Negreanu also mentioned he’s primarily playing 5 p.m. starts so he can keep up with golf over the summer.

The last time Negreanu played a full schedule of golf? That would be 2008, when he won his last bracelet.

Negreanu also made it public that he will be paying $276,111 in buy-ins so he’ll be aiming to cash for significantly more than that number.

3) Tiger Woods Regains #1 Spot, Billy Baxter Wins $400k

So Tiger Woods is once again the #1 ranked golfer on the PGA and at least one poker pro is very happy about it.

According to Doyle Brunson, seven-time WSOP bracelet winner Billy Baxter made a wager while Tiger Woods was at his lowest point that the golf phenom would eventually regain his number one ranking.

Well that day is today as Woods won the Arnold Palmer Invitational for $1.1 million and once again hit #1 according to the PGA.

Baxter stands to make $400k from the wager, although Brunson didn’t specify whom Baxter was betting against.

In a somewhat related topic here’s a video of Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer beating the crap out of a group of thugs:
