The Caesars Cup is an invite-only exhibition event that will see the best players from the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region fight it out in a series of partner and heads-up matches.

Along with the main event and the $50,000 High Roller event, the Caesars Cup will be aired on ESPN in the US, Australia and the Pacific Rim.

Eight-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Ivey will be in charge of picking and managing the other four players that will make up the Americas team.

Sam Trickett, who has won an astounding $13 million in the last eight months, will pick the Europe team while 2005 world champion Joe Hachem will head up the Asia Pacific squad.

Created in 2009, the Caesars Cup was last played in 2011 in Cannes when Phil Hellmuth's Team Americas defeated Bertrand "ElkY" Gropellier and Team Europe.

The 2013 incarnation will play out on April 14 and you can follow all the action at PokerListings, the WSOP's official online media partner for the event.

Watch the Caesars Cup Live Stream on PokerListings

The Caesars Cup webcast, and all six other events, will stream on our WSOP APAC page.

PokerListings will be in Australia providing comprehensive live updates and chip counts of every event, plus photography, news and daily video.

The inaugural WSOP Asia-Pacific will play out April 4-15 in Melbourne.
