Sending out an email to its players and a press release about the license, Full Tilt emphasized in both that player account balances are safe and secure on the site and that it will re-launch as planned on Nov. 6, 2012.

In the coming weeks the site will be restoring all non-U.S. accounts in preparation for re-launch day.

That means, as of Nov. 6, players will receive normal access to their Full Tilt player accounts with their most current password.

Once Full Tilt Poker re-launches players will once again have access to all real-money and play-money games.

Perhaps most importantly players will once again have complete control over their account balances including withdrawals.

Full Tilt Online Poker Series Resurrected in December

Also announced was the return of the popular Full Tilt Online Poker Series.

FTOPS XXI will begin Dec. 2, and although no specific events have been announced the series typically offers a wide range of poker variants with a number of different buy-in levels.

U.S. poker players unfortunately are still restricted from taking part and are still awaiting news on their account balances.

The U.S. Department of Justice is responsible for returning funds to players in the U.S. and, outside of hiring a third-party consultant to handle remissions, has been fairly quiet on the situation.
