Any suggestions for a future 3-Bet feel free to drop a note in the comments.

Today in the 3-Bet Daniel Negreanu refutes the Lederer interview in a PokerListings exclusive, Howard Lederer wraps his coming-out interview up by saying he’ll return to poker and the Full Tilt servers arrive by private charter on the Isle of Man.

1) Negreanu: “Howard Used this Interview to Deflect Blame”

Phil Ivey
Ivey: Not happy about lies.

He’s always been one of the most outspoken, genuine players in the game and Daniel Negreanu delivered again today in an exclusive interview with PokerListings.com.

Responding to a short set of questions via email, Negreanu made it clear he’s not buying much of what Howard Lederer says.

In particular Negreanu takes exception to the characterizations of John Juanda and Phil Ivey as only out for themselves and obstructions to potential deals.

Negreanu says both of them will refute Lederer’s claims vehemently:

“I can't wait until more people speak out so the whole truth comes out. Juanda took great offense to Howard's comments about him, and Juanda is 100% in the right.

“I've spoken to Ivey, and I'm confident he will speak out as he is not in the least happy about the lies being told.

“When you hear Ivey's side of the story, I'm extremely confident people will fully understand that Ivey wasn't in the wrong at all.”

2) Lederer Wraps Interview with “Apology,” Return to Poker

The riveting and illuminating “Lederer Files” interview wrapped up this morning with Part 7 and didn’t disappoint in terms of contentious and unexpected assertions.

In this part Lederer delves into:

The obstacles to finalizing a PokerStars deal w/ the potential $1 billion DOJ settlement Calling in a $1 million loan from Tom “durrrr” Dwan His admiration for PokerStars’ professionalism His simultaneous acceptance and denial of responsibility and "apology" to Full Tilt's customers Why the poker community was owed his silence His plan to return to poker.

Yep, he really said that.

It’s hard to pick out what the most unbelievable parts are, but have it:

3) Full Tilt Servers Land in Isle of Man

erichollreiser
Hollreiser: Moving mountains of servers.

While plenty of lip service has been passed around online today surrounding Full Tilt Poker, behind the scenes PokerStars is physically in the process of getting the actual service of FTP and its customers up and running.

Manx TV on the Isle of Man even had a reporter on scene at the airport along with Eric Hollreiser from PokerStars as the servers from Full Tilt Poker's location in Guernsey were flown in by Hercules airplane.

Speaking with the reporter, Hollreiser explained the settlement with the DOJ and the active plan to get the site back up by Nov. 6:

"Yes, happy to say we’ve resolved all of our issues with the US department of Justice.

"And it was a very great resolution for us. We were able to acquire the assets of Full Tilt Poker, which was one of our largest competitors, so we’ll be able to grow as a result.

"We’ve, in addition to the assets taken on a couple hundred staff so we’re growing, Full Tilt Poker is growing, we think the poker community is certainly embracing it and the business will come with that as well.

"... Within 90 days we committed to re-opening the site around the world and to re-paying Full Tilt Poker players who have been waiting for their money for about 15 months.

"So it is a large task but I’m confident we can do it so by the 6th the site will be open, players will be playing again and able to access their funds."
